Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to sanitary purposes and concerns, we are unable to provide any exchanges or refunds for change of mind or you wish to request a different style or size of press-on nails. 

Please note that any sale items, mystery box products and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. 

As all our press-on nails are handmade, each item may have slight variations. For non-quality issues such as discrepancies, colour variations, or individual craftsmanship flaws, we currently do not offer returns or exchange.

We encourage you to carefully review descriptions and size guide to ensure that your expectations align with the actual product before making a purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
If an order is unable to be fulfilled for any reason you’ll be automatically refunded in 15 to 30 days on your original payment method and notified. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
